一、产品简介

振动筛（圆振动筛）的运动轨迹呈圆周，是一种多层数（一般有1~4层）、高效新型的振动筛，专为对物料进行不同颗粒大小的筛分而设计，特别适用于重型、中型和精细筛分等各种筛分作业，是初级破碎、二级破碎和成品料的理想筛分设备。

1、产品结构

圆振动筛（振动筛）是由筛箱、筛网、筛框、激振器、橡胶弹簧、支架、主轴等组成，其结构平面示意图（剖析图）如下：

2、工作原理

振动筛的工作原理，或说工作流程主要归结如下：

①通过偏心块的旋转，产生激振力，从而使筛箱随之产生圆周往复运动；

②物料在倾斜的筛面上连续做近似圆的弹跳翻滚运动，通过反复的与筛孔进行比较，小于筛孔尺寸的物料透筛，大于筛孔尺寸的物料在筛面上；

③根据筛网，筛孔的大小，最终筛分成不同尺寸的物料。

二、产品特点

1. 采用筒体式偏心轴和偏心块调节振幅提高了激振力，增加产能。环槽铆钉联接结构先进，坚固耐用；

   Adjustment of amplitude of vibration through cylindrical eccentric shaft and eccentric block improved the excitation force and capacity. Advanced structure of ring groove rivet joint makes it strong and durable.

2. 物料筛淌线长，有效提高筛分效率、筛分均匀；

   Long sieving line of material effectively improved the screening efficiency, and the material screened is even.

3. 筛分规格多、范围广，可按具体要求选配和定制；

   Wide screening range and specification for choosing, it can also be tailored.

4. 采用含锰优质弹簧钢编织筛网，使用寿命长，不易堵孔；另有棒条、聚氨酯等多种不同材质可选；

   Screening mesh made of manganese contained high-quality spring steel gives it longer service life, its hole is not easy to be blocked. The alternative material of the screening mesh can be steel bar, polyurethane and others.

5. 采用轮胎联轴器，柔性链接，运转平稳，结构简单，维修方便快捷；

   Flexible connected with tire coupling, smooth operation, simple structure, easy maintenance.

6. 振动器采用大游隙轴承，稀油润滑、噪声低、寿命长。

   Wide clearance of bearings is used for the vibrator. The vibrator is lubricated with thin oil lubrication, it has low noise and long service life.

备注：设备筛网规格等可根据用户的设计要求定制、振动筛的筛分量因筛孔出料规格尺寸、物料含泥量、含水率等的不同，实际处理量以生产现场为准。

Note: Specification of screening mesh can be tailored as per customer’s design and requirement. Processing capacity of the screen varies from sieve size, percentage of mud contained and moisture content of the material. The actual handling capacity is based on the production site.
